Deloitte, the business advisory firm, has launched a recruitment campaign to attract up to 50 graduates a year directly from Chinese universities.

John Connolly, Deloitte’s chief executive and senior partner, says: “China presents a massive opportunity and a challenge for us in the UK. This recruitment programme will help forge stronger links with China and clients will benefit from a cadre of qualified advisors that have direct experience of both the UK and China.”

The graduates will be supported in gaining internationally recognised qualifications and they will have the chance to return to China to work on client assignments. Then following successful completion of their studies they will be offered the opportunity to work at Deloitte’s Chinese firm.
