Business advisory firm Deloitte has today opened the application process for 2012 entry to its graduate and undergraduate schemes.

Business advisory firm Deloitte has today opened the application process for 2012 entry to its graduate and undergraduate schemes.

The Deloitte programmes will give 1,500 students the chance to beat the crowds and apply, before returning to university, for placements with the firm starting in 2012.

Paul Stephenson, graduate recruitment partner at Deloitte, says: “We are open to applications from students who have studied any degree discipline.

“Most of our vacancies offer candidates the opportunity to study for professional qualifications alongside training in ‘softer skills’, so a strong desire for development is essential. Overall we look for a well-rounded skillset with a strong academic background.”

Deloitte offers a wide range of graduate opportunities in audit, tax, corporate finance, consulting and technology. The firm assesses candidates on a first-come, first-served basis. The first candidates to apply, and who meet the firm’s criteria through the assessment process, are offered a role.
