The Scottish industrial division of global recruitment firm Hudson Highland has been acquired in a management buy-out; Rockpools has begun an international search to recruit a leadership team for the Lawn Tennis Association
BNB Recruitment Solutions has acquired 48% of MRI China Holdings with an option to acquire a further 10% from the majority shareholder and founder, Tony Dickel. The consideration for the initial equity interest was £1.3m in cash, with a further £290,000 payable in cash for the option. MRI China was founded in 1998 and specialises in industry sectors. It employs about 140 full-time staff.

The Scottish industrial division of global recruitment firm Hudson Highland has been acquired in a management buy-out. Hudson sold its industrial sector recruitment operation to Charles Turner and Knight's Brightwork Ltd in a deal "worth a seven figure sum". The MBO, which secures 16 full-time jobs, used funding from Clydesdale Bank.

Mercer Human Resource Consulting has acquired HRPartnering Pty Ltd (HRP), a specialist talent management business in Australia. Based in Melbourne, HRP has 15 human resource and software professionals. Peter Smith, Managing Director of HRP, commented: "Over the last 10 years, we have developed a successful offering that we had been looking to scale up for the wider, global market. Mercer will provide the infrastructure, intellectual capital and extensive global client base that we need to achieve this." The Mercer group of companies is wholly owned by Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Rockpools has begun an international search to recruit a leadership team for the Lawn Tennis Association. It is also recruiting for a new commercial director and a director of the LTA's new National Tennis Centre in Roehampton. Rockpools is part of Pinnacle PSG.
