Vedior's stake in German GULP
Recruiter Vedior has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of GULP Information Services and GULP Consulting Services in Germany. The company, based in Munich, runs a temporary recruitment agency and a database of skilled freelancers.
Morgan Rutherford links
Media recruitment firm, Morgan Rutherford Associates, has partnered with training company Bray Leino Learning to offer its services to media clients. These include consultancy services in learning and development, leadership and HR.
Behavioural partnership
Retail job board, Allretailjobs.com, has formed a partnership with PeopleAnswers, to provide behavioural assessment of candidates and employees. The service aims to identify more productive employees, with staying power.
Servoca buys security firm
Outsourcing and recruitment company Servoca has bought security and manned guarding services provider International Security & Surveillance for a total consideration of about £1.3m. Servoca has also acquired security technology provider ISS Special Projects in a deal worth nearly £1.4m.
ERN buys Redwood Group
Multi-sector recruiter ERN has acquired engineering, technical and building services recruiter Redwood Group for an undisclosed sum. John Cariss, ERN chairman, said: "This acquisition strengthens ERN's presence within the technical recruitment marketplace."
