HCL, the health and social care agency, has bought a new telecoms business continuity solution, BCMLITE, from GemaTech to ensure immediate recovery of incoming calls should disaster strike. The system enables HCL to instantaneously and seamlessly redirect incoming calls to any of its 12 sites and to play any number of personalised announcements to both the caller and the person being called in the event of an emergency.

Great deal for eRecruit
eRecruit, the multiple job-posting tool, has struck a deal to integrate its eRecruitment talent-management system into HR Manager's system. The system allows recruiters to track applications online.

CPH contract success
CPH Consulting, the recruitment support-services firm, has been awarded one-year contract renewals with software company Pegasystems and public sector management consultancy Hedra.

Broadbean for Jobshout
Jobshout, the hosting website which allows people recruiting online to quickly set up a job board, has announced compatibility with Broadbean, the multi-job posting system.
