Master vendor de Poel outlined its future development plans to driver agencies at a forum held in London last week.

Operations director Michael Fearn told the 30 agencies present that its supplier panels will be reduced further within the next six months.

However, the company currently has a pipeline of contracts worth £100m and is involved in pilot projects with waste management firm SITA, Shanks Group, and Wm Morrison Supermarkets.

It is also in the early planning stages of putting together a panel of agencies for contracts in the South-West.

The forum also heard that a new managing director will be announced within days. Current MD Matthew Sanders will remain at the company.
