Big fish Recruitment, a recruitment agency specialising in the marketing, creative and PR industries, has revealed the winners of its unique photo shoot competition to cast industry people as the leading stars of its new corporate branding.
An extensive marketing campaign brought more than 100 candidates from the industry to take part in the competiton, from which 10 entrants were finally selected to participate in the photo shoot.
Carl Freelove, marketing manager of Big fish Recruitment, says: “As a specialist recruitment consultancy, we feel that our brand should be about real people and real benefits, so we introduced this campaign to both distinguish ourselves from our competitors and to also ensure that our brand developed a true connection with our candidates and clients.
“We were extremely pleased with the photoshoot and all of the candidates who took part really helped to epitomise the characters from within the creative industry in which we recruit, so naturally, the whole team is delighted with the result and end material.”
The final images from the photoshoot will be unveiled across Big fish’s new corporate branding, including its new company website and advertising campaigns, in October.
