CPH and EEF sign long-term RPO contract

Specialist in-sourced direct recruitment solutions provider CPH Consulting has agreed a new RPO contract with EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation.

Caroline Gumble, EEF’s HR director, says: “Over the last year we have established an excellent partnership with the CPH in-sourced recruitment team and have made very good progress in building an efficient and effective direct recruitment model. Together we will be further developing our approach to both acquiring and managing talent to take the organisation forward”.

Jerry Wright, joint managing director of CPH, adds: “During 2009 we have created a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with EEF and are delighted to have signed a new long-term contract with them.”
