IT recruitment company Verticality has reduced operating costs by 30% by using SugarCRM’s customer relationship management software Sugar Professional.

Verticality found its previous software lacked the flexibility to customise its solution without incurring excessive additional costs.

Sugar Professional simplifies tracking of people, companies and sales opportunities, including integration with social media such as LinkedIn and allows pipelining of talent.

Having seen a substantial increase in sales leads and sources, Verticality plans further implementation of Sugar products, with extra social media functions and features for handheld devices a priority, according to Verticality’s director Rob de Main.
