Cloud-based SaaS software provider SuccessFactors has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire learning management system (LMS) Plateau.

The move follows SuccessFactors’ acquisition of social video mobile learning provider Jambok.

Lars Dalgaard, founder and chief executive of SuccessFactors, says: “Plateau will accelerate SuccessFactors’ strategy markedly.
