Business execution software firm SuccessFactors is joining forces with McKinney Rogers, a global company of business execution professionals, in a strategic global partnership.

The partnership is being devised to provide leadership development, and a suite of tools and processes to support the alignment of leaders’ goals with all individuals’ goals across an organisation to deliver business critical results.

The joint offering will help organisations to:

• set the vision, articulate what success what success looks like and ensure clear and simple missions are communicated through cascading and transparent processes

• provide tools and resources for clarifying missions and embedding a high performance culture with leadership and team behaviours required for success

• provide tools for monitoring progress toward key objectives, and for making sure the performance of all people delivering on those goals is maximised

• identify key resources and talent within the organisation to enable business execution

• provide long-term consultative support to address issues hindering successful execution.
