Contracts/Deals: Saffery Champness chooses Advorto’s ATS

Private client accountancy firm Saffery Champness has chosen on-demand recruitment solutions firm Advorto to manage its graduate and school-leaver recruitment.

Advorto will implement an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates applying next year to the Saffery Champness training scheme.

The ATS will employ integrated online assessments including numerical reasoning tests and psychometric questionnaires. According to Advorto, the functionally-rich solution can be deployed quickly and offers a customisable candidate experience.

Julia Paulding, head of learning and development at Saffery Champness, says: “This is the first phase in the overhaul of our recruitment processes and working with Advorto has made the implementation go very smoothly. We are looking forward to working with Advorto towards the next phase.”
