The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and Pure Recruitment Training have entered into a partnership to offer REC members exclusive access to Pure’s interactive online recruitment learning courses.

Learners using the course are taught to use more innovative ways of recruiting, which avoid the over-reliance on job boards and out-of-date candidate databases.

Judith Armatage, the REC’s director of professional development, said: “This is an exciting new venture for the REC and Pure Recruitment Training as it further enhances the learning and development opportunities available to REC and IRP members.”

Fraser Hill, managing director of Pure Recruitment Training, adds: “For REC members there’s clearly an opportunity to complement the extensive range of offline REC training with Pure’s online e-learning products.”
