Recruitment giant Randstad has successfully completed the acquisition of US recruiter SFN Group.

The total value of the transaction amounts to around $771m (£475m).

Last month, Randstad announced its intention to acquire SFN Group through a cash tender offer at $14 per share, which would make it the third-largest HR services provider in North America.??
