Software giant Oracle is to acquire social talent sourcing and alumni management software provider SelectMinds. The deal should close before the end of 2012.

SelectMinds products are already fully integrated with Oracle’s recruitment, performance and human capital management solutions, and means “Oracle can help customers with a complete talent management solution, enabling streamlined recruiting practices, more quality referrals, faster employee on-boarding, and better performance”, says its executive vice president for development Thomas Kurian.
