Talent management solutions provider Lumesse has been chosen by Norsk Hydro to implement a global talent acquisition (e-recruitment) system.

Hydro, a global supplier of aluminium, employs 23,000 people in more than 40 countries.

Lumesse chief executive, Matthew Parker, says: “With Lumesse TalentLink at Hydro, we now support nine of Norway’s top 10 businesses, in a wide range of industries, including finance & banking, energy, petrochemicals and retail.”
