Recruitment giant Manpower is to extend its use of recruitment software provider Bond International Software’s Adapt following successful deployment throughout Manpower’s North American offices and Germany.

Jonas Prising, president of ManpowerGroup Americas, says: “We wanted the ability to define best practice through one global process but retain the flexibility to adjust for local functionality and data requirements. As we continue the further roll-out, I expect to see extensive cost savings and productivity improvements over additional deployments.”

Tim Richards, managing director of Bond International Software (UK), adds: “Manpower’s success with the first element of its global roll-out reinforces why Bond Adapt is repeatedly chosen for enterprise-scale recruitment software implementations. In the UK, we are seeing a growing level of interest in our enterprise-scale abilities.”
