US executive search firm Lucas Group has formed a global recruiting partnership with J Friisberg & Partners Italy, an executive recruiting firm in Milan, Italy, and a member of Friisberg & Partners International. 

The partnership focuses on Europe and North America, with Friisberg recruiting and placing European talent for US-based firms and Lucas Group recruiting and placing US talent for European-based firms.

Friisberg Italy, via Friisberg & Partners International, has access to offices in 20 European countries, while Lucas Group has 15 offices throughout the US. 

The two firms say they are planning to work with specific companies doing business on both sides of the Atlantic.
