HR solutions provider Kenexa has partnered with LinkedIn, as part of an initiative whose major aim is to reduce the number of applications abandoned due to long and complicated application processes.

Kenexa’s ‘Apply with LinkedIn’ technology will support candidates throughout job application processes and its ‘Profile Preview’ will facilitate recruiters’ management of these candidates.

The affiliation was announced at LinkedIn’s Talent Connect conference and comes after collaboration between the companies since August 2011.
