Support services and construction group Interserve is working as a partner of the MoD, Help for Heroes and Royal British Legion-supported Defence Recovery Capability’s (DRC’s) Defence Employment and Opportunities Team.

DRC works to support the recovery of wounded, injured and sick forces personnel. It provides individual recovery plans, and these can now include Interserve work placements across a number of disciplines in the organisation.

Interserve’s selection was helped by the fact that it works across a widespread number of disciplines and geographies.

Scott Hill, HR director for defence at Interserve, says: “As a support services and construction business, we rely on the quality, commitment and dedication of our people. We therefore welcome the many valuable skills and experiences that these individuals will bring into our organisation.”
