Online candidate-to-employer matching solution HireMatch.me is set to work with point-of-sale and promotional communications agency ADM Promotions.

ADM will identify key development areas among workers from HireMatch.me’s ‘Work Behaviour Assessment’ programme, developing hiring and training plans.

The partnership has been sealed following pilot work HireMatch.me carried out with a group of employees in ADM’s Shanghai office.

Sunita Jethwa, global director of HR at ADM, says: “The most significant benefit for us is that we are now able to identify the right future talent to a much higher level than we were able to previously. It will really help us hire people who are a much better fit for the roles we have. […] This is the beginning of a new era for recruiting talent.”
