HB Human Capital has acquired The Synergy Group.

The group serves housing, care and local government markets and operates in the private and public sector from its offices in London and Leeds.

Ian Wolter, CEO of HB Human Capital says: “We’ve long competed with The Synergy Group and grudgingly admired their continual innovation, quality of service and relationships.  I’m delighted to bring them into the group, it’s a move which cements HB Human Capital as market leader in a number of key markets.”

HB Human Capital founder Tristan Ramus adds: “This a another key milestone in the continued success and development of HBHC’s buy and build strategy and is further testament to the quality of the team within all of the operating companies and the board of HBHC.”
