Global talent management provider Lumesse has been chosen by Belgian electricity transmission system operator Elia to create an integrated talent management and talent acquisition system for over 1,200 employees, to replace its current HR solution.

The implementation of Lumesse Talent Management will include all modules of the solution and an integration with its Lumesse TalentLink talent acquisition solution.

Alfons Steenmans, country managing director for Lumesse in Belgium adds: “Elia’s processes will be enhanced by an integrated approach to managing performance, career development and succession planning. The solutions will enable all parts of the company to follow standardised policies and procedures for talent management.”
