International recruitment software provider Dillistone has entered into an agreement to acquire Woodcote Software, owner of recruitment solutions company Voyager Software.

Religare Capital Markets has completed a placing on behalf of Dillistone of 694,445 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the share capital of Dillistone to raise £500,000 (before expenses) at a price of 72p per placing share.

The deal’s completion and the placing are subject only to admission of the placing shares and the consideration shares to trading on AIM.
