Recruitment outsourcing firm Carlisle Managed Solutions has secured the contract for Hertfordshire County Council’s temporary staff recruitment.

The contract starts in April 2013 and the council’s cabinet member for resources and economic well being, David Lloyd, comments: “In a time of austerity, cost-effectiveness has got to be a priority – and Carlisle scored highly in this area.

“However, they also impressed us with ideas which will help us meet our objectives as a socially responsible employer. Their expertise will help us recruit good quality temporary workers much more quickly and efficiently.”
