Diversity staffing specialist Rare has been appointed by international law firm Allen & Overy to help strengthen its diversity within its graduate recruitment.

Diversity staffing specialist Rare has been appointed by international law firm Allen & Overy to help strengthen its diversity within its graduate recruitment.

Rare will be targeting graduates from ethnic minority groups, in particular black African and Caribbean backgrounds, for Allen & Overy’s winter and summer vacation schemes, open days and training contract opportunities.

Rare specialises in placing exceptional graduates from diverse backgrounds in professional jobs or work experience by providing support during the application and internship process, by using interviews, programmes, assessments and events.
