Enterprise content management provider Alfresco has selected software firm Fairsail’s human capital management (HCM) solution Swiftsure.

Alfresco has over 250 staff in 14 countries, and global HR director Patti Rain-Wiffin comments that being able to “configure a system around our specific needs taking into account our policies around assessment, performance reviews, location, absence and holiday” was key to its selection.
