Business psychologists Team Focus is working with The Marketing Academy to help identify some of the best up and coming marketing talent in the UK.

Working for the second year with The Marketing Academy, who will provide a free 12-month leadership scholarship, Team Focus will provide guidance throughout the selection process in April to help identify best qualified candidates.

The four-stage selection process whittles almost 400 candidates down to just 28 who will win a scholarship. Candidates also undergo testing for verbal and numerical skills, as well as in decision analysis and emotional intelligence.
