US healthcare recruiter Sterling Medical Staffing Group has acquired Thomas Medics.

Openreq, which focuses on M&A activity in the staffing industry, advised on the detail, while details of the sale were not disclosed.

Seth Thomas, president of Thomas Medics, says: “We felt the merger with Sterling Medical was the right choice given their reach and depth. Our clients will now benefit from Sterling’s brand, their market penetration and their national exposure.”
