Global talent management solutions provider StepStone Solutions has entered into a partnership with Indian talent solutions provider Esika Infotech.

The partnership sees Esika Infotech distribute, implement and support talent management solutions from StepStone Solutions in India.

Erik Schmit, managing director APAC, StepStone Solutions, says: “We have seen strong growth in APAC for our solutions. India is the fastest-growing country in the region for IT spending and we expect it to be our next strong market.”
