Regent’s College is to implement NorthgateArinso web-based HR and payroll solution, ResourceLink Aurora.

ResourceLink Aurora integrates the college’s existing HR and payroll systems into one paperless, operating and reporting platform, replacing the previous system which relied on a number of spreadsheets.

Sue Shutter, director of HR for Regent’s College, says: “With our plans for significant expansion and development in the coming years we were looking for a supplier and a solution that could meet our HR and payroll needs through a period of growth.
