Web-based job matching engine SalesMatch has merged with specialist mobile & telecoms recruiter Wye Recruitment.

The SalesMatch intelligent web-based job matching engine enables employers to recruit by professional experience, industry experience and behavioural profile rather than ‘CV word searches’ and also provides profile reports tailored to each individual such as interview questions, sales audit, management style required and highlighted strengths and potential limitations.

Spencer Davies, previously Wye Recruitment director, is now SalesMatch sales director.
