Independent News and Media (Northern Ireland) owner of the Belfast Telegraph has chosen MatchWork to provide a CV-matching service for its job board www.nijobfinder.co.uk.

This new service, which is being fully integrated with Belfast Telegraph’s existing multi platform for  recruitment and includes single-sign-on to www.nijobfinder.co.uk so registered users do not have to log on separately, matches key data from the jobseeker’s CV with the key data in the job profile.

Both recruiter and candidate are emailed, notifying them of the match, while the jobseeker’s identity and personal contact details are hidden until the jobseeker chooses to release them.
