The UK’s London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is to implement StepStone Solutions Talent Acquisition programme.

The solution will handle recruitment and process 120,000 applications for the 600 vacancies the council advertises each year.

The council will now be to identify relevant candidates and cut time to hire by 20 days, while the solution also provides tailored feedback on each candidate.
