Japanese recruitment group EnJapan has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Tokyo-based recruiter Wall Street Associates (WSA).

EnJapan said it decided to acquire WSA because of an “increasing demand for human resources who are capable of being active globally, particularly in newly developing countries in the Asia Pacific region, which are experiencing remarkable growth”.

The deal will make WSA a wholly-owned subsidiary of EnJapan.

WSA is an executive recruiter primarily for management positions in foreign companies. It provides services related to corporate hiring, training and evaluation, particularly through the use of internet-based recruiting and jobseeking information services.
