Electronics and maintenance products distributor Electrocomponents has selected on-demand talent management solutions provider Taleo’s Recruiting platform to automate and streamline its recruiting processes.

Trading as RS Components in the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific, the firm operates in 27 countries and will deploy the Taleo Platform globally this month.

The solution will enable Electrocomponents to create a single portal for all careers, aiming to increasing usability for both candidates and hiring managers as well as giving the resourcing team greater visibility of key talent metrics.
