Workplace consultancy, information services and software provider Croner, part of Wolters Kluwer, has acquired HR software services provider Simply Personnel.

Wolters Kluwer will continue to market Simply Personnel’s existing products.

Manjit Sindhar joins Wolters Kluwer as head of client server software for Croner, while other members of the Simply Personnel team will strengthen the software management team at Croner.
