Health and social care recruiter Cardea Resourcing has been awarded a contract by Nottinghamshire County Council to supply temporary social care staff.

The firm will provide the council with temporary qualified social workers, occupational therapists, chefs and other social care personnel.

Cardea’s commercial director Benn Sandilands says: “We’ve had a few good contract wins of late but this one is our largest to date and we’re delighted to be given the opportunity to provide health and social care professionals to the county council.

“Securing it shows that in just a short space of time we have developed a business which is more than capable of competing with some of the more established national agencies.”
