Contractor services provider giant group has launched a benefits and rewards scheme for clients.

The scheme, giant advantage, which can be offered to temporary, freelance and contract workers, includes a healthcare plan, a pension scheme provided by Scottish Widows and a variety of online and high-street retail discounts and cash-back offers.

Matthew Brown, managing director of giant, says: “Umbrella company contractors are already employees, but we wanted to enhance the relationship we have with them by providing market-leading employee benefits as well.
