Creating compelling content should lie at the heart of constructing apps to engage with candidates, according to Matthew Jeffery,Autodesk’s head of EMEA talent acquisition and global talent brand.

Peterborough-based mobile applications firm All The Top Bananas built the app with a brief from Jeffery.
