Eight in 10 construction firms have maintained or increased headcount, according to research from construction recruiter One Way Resourcing.

The research also shows that almost 30% of organisations have increased their permanent headcount and over half (51.9%) have maintained their workforce.

More than 70% of organisations have no plans to cut headcount during the next quarter.
