Conkers deal

Conkers.net integrated into Broadbean operations

Job postings service Conkers.net has been integrated into the operations of Broadbean Technology, a similar service which was recently bought by Conkers' owner Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND).

Recruiter reported on 29 October that the long-term future of Conkers was unclear after AND bought Broadbean on 17 October.

AND has now confirmed the two will merge into one operation and told Recruiter that John Cassidy, managing director of Conkers,  will be stepping back from day-to-day operations and moving  to another role within the group.

Current Conkers clients will experience no immediate change and all existing contracts will be honoured to their full term.

All Conkers clients will be offered the opportunity to switch  to the Broadbean AdCourier system should they wish to. Upon expiry of their contract however, any further business or renewals will be offered only via the Broadbean platform.
