Conceptuality rebrands as CPS Group

Multi-sector recruiter Conceptuality is in the final stages of rebranding as CPS Group, according to director Spencer Symmons.

Multi-sector recruiter Conceptuality is in the final stages of rebranding as CPS Group, according to director Spencer Symmons.

Symmons told Recruiter that after three consecutive years of 30-40% growth, it is now time to update the brand.

“As we target more FTSE 100 companies, it’s just a case of making a little bit more noise,” he said.

CPS will continue to recruit across IT, engineering, change and transformation and accountancy and finance sectors, but will be launching a new website and an executive search division. There are also plans to expand into Europe.

Symmons added: “We are also targeting one new office either in the Netherlands or Germany in the next six to eight months to complement the level of business we have in those regions.” CPS’s current offices are located in Bristol and Cardiff, and are part of the Fast Growth 50 for Wales in 2011.
