Outsourcing company Comensura has obtained a High Court order against its former managing director Julian Young following his defection to a rival, rumoured to be Matrix.

The order, against Young and fellow members of the senior management team — Rachel Slater, Tim Styles and Andy Weston — means they are bound by 'garden leave' provisions and restrictive covenants. They have also had to contribute to Comensura's legal costs.

Financial details of the order have not been released but Corporate Services Group, owners of Comensura, told Recruiter. "This is a very positive outcome for the company which had to, and will continue to, protect itself and its employees whenever these situations occur."
