Healthcare products supplier Coloplast is offering bonuses of up to £1,200 to staff who help the firm find new talent.

Coloplast’s ‘Talent Search’ scheme offers existing staff a bonus of £600 if they introduce someone to the company who takes up a job there, followed by a further £600 six months later when the new recruit successfully completes their probation period.

Sam Sedwill, head of resourcing & development, says: “Our existing staff are definitely our best recruiters because they can tell friends and family what it is really like to work here.”
