From June, Collis will lead Bupa’s global HR function and work closely with Bupa’s businesses around the world to deliver the group’s strategic agenda and will report to chief executive Ray King. She replaces Bob Watson, who is retiring from Bupa after 15 years as group HR director.

Collis joins Bupa having run her own business over the past 12 months specialising in people strategy and leadership development. She was previously group HR director at 3i Group and has held senior HR roles at Arthur Andersen, Midland Bank, HSBC James Capel, Standard Chartered Bank and Ernst & Young.
Collis is also a non-executive director of executive search firm Kinsey Allen International and a member of the advisory boards of Leeds and Exeter University business schools.
