Recruitment software provider Colleague can now offer full integration with Daxtra within its Colleague front and back office recruitment software package.

Daxtra’s ‘Candidate Capture’ automatically transfers data from candidates CVs, received via email or online, directly into recruiters’ databases. The software effectively ‘reads’ the electronic document and transfers the information within it to the correct place in the recruiters own candidate management system - a process known as ‘parsing’.

Daxtra’s software also automatically checks for duplicate records within the existing database and updates them rather than creating a second file for the same candidate, while ‘Candidate Capture’ can cleanse an entire database, eliminating duplicates and adding missing information as well as unifying all records.
