CMA Financial Recruitment has unveiled a management restructure, which sees founder Peter Clarke become its chairman.

Clarke had previously been a senior partner. He spent four years in recruitment before launching CMA, based in Hampshire, in 1980.

His appointment is the latest in a series of high-level changes at the firm.

Richard Carter, accountant and experienced recruitment consultant, has become managing director. Liz Yonge, previously manager of the firm’s Havant branch, was recently appointed operations director.

CMA provides specialist financial recruitment across the south of England, employing around 35 staff, with offices in Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Basingstoke.

Carter said: “We are looking to build upon the first class business relationships we have established with our existing clients as well as expanding into a wider geographic area.”
