The Clear Company launches disability assessment framework

The Clear Company has launched a new framework for assessing and developing inclusive recruitment processes to help employers and talent providers cut barriers to employment for disabled candidates

The Clear Company has launched a new framework for assessing and developing inclusive recruitment processes to help employers and talent providers cut barriers to employment for disabled candidates.

Clear Assured’s online self-assessment helps organisations find, assess and retain disabled talent.

Clear Assured maps onto the Disability Clearkit, an online resource which launched last October to share best practice, offer guidance and advice to employers and create employment opportunities for disabled talent.

More than 220 employers worked in association with The Clear Company to create the Disability Clearkit, which was initiated and supported throughout by the Department of Work and Pensions.

Clear Assured has a first year set-up cost of £950 and a £495 administration fee in subsequent years and Clearkit subscriptions at £25 per month.
