Too many companies are choosing the easy option of pre-pack adminstrations or setting up again as phoenix companies with scant regard for the supply chain whose money they are playing with.

It’s time the law was tightened up in this area to prevent the majority of genuine businesses being caught up in a spiral of debt created by the unscrupulous few.
